Very helpful and pleasant and understanding.

Always friendly and have genuine concern for the animals they treat. Plenty of parking and a clean environment.

Brought in a wounded wild rodent. Poor young thing was stressed and so was I. They were very sympathetic to me and did the kindest thing for the rodent.

They are there for our family of pets when we need them. So kind.

First visit was excellent. We have 5 dogs and looking forward to using hydro therapy pool for our 15 year old springer

Mika with her pretty bandages after 2, interdigital cysts were removed. The operation went well and the care has been wonderful. Everything is explained carefully and the estimated price for her op came out exactly as predicted. Mika is healing well, thank goodness! Great work Vaughn and thank you!!

It's joint with my local vets at Alderholt, and i can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere eles, they have a lot of compassion when it comes down to our pets/fur babies and they are very friendly and welcoming, i was there a couple of weeks ago with my cat and on examination he had to have x-rays galore, the receptionist knew i was worried and she so reassuring, she even offered me a cup of tea which was nice,

This evening we had our precious cat of 19yrs put to sleep. Vaughan and his staff were excellent. So compassionate and caring and allowed us time at the end to say our goodbyes without being rushed or pressured.

Vaughan performed some amazing surgery on my cats broken leg. I wasn't sure it could be done but our cat is back home with us.

Very helpful staff and the vet me and Tiger saw was excellent at dealing with a very nervy patient.

Wonderful vet...Fiona had to put my beloved cat to sleep at my home. I had only met her once before at the surgery but felt sure she was the right person for this. And she was...she and her nurse were fantastic....kind, patient, professional and very caring.

We use the vet centre for our poodles treatment and grooming. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring.

The team and three cross vets have always been super helpful, thoughtful and sympathetic. Received great treatment for our elderly dog and have for a long time. Highly recommended.

This is the local vet for Alderholt. We have been taking our pets there for year's and Vaugh is great.
