Absolutely amazing staff, helped my cat out immensely, I cant thank or reccomend them enough!!!

My kitten was in for castration and id chip. Collected him this evening. All went ok. The ideal thing is they are only a couple of minutes away from my house. I trust them. That's the main important thing for me.

I cannot praise this practise enough, they are always so helpful, friendly and are all very experienced in what they do. Thank you so much for reminding me that there are truly amazing people out there. Especially when they are looking after our beloved animals. I had the pleasure of being seen this morning by Jeremy after rather a traumatic experience at an ooh surgery last night. I called the surgery at 940am and was offered a 10am consultation to which I gratefully agreed too. Jeremy was amazing as always and also Jo, the nurse that answered my even informed me that she was going to call me that morning to ask me how my rabbit was doing. Incredible service, thank you again so very much. 100% recommend this practise!

Fiona has looked after mallie our dog with no pressure hard sale and all the staff are excellent and show very much care all very kind would highly recommend them lovely practice

Very helpful staff and the vet me and Tiger saw was excellent at dealing with a very nervy patient.

An absolute top of the range, for this veterinary surgery practitioners and their excellent staff. I cannot speak high enough for their skills, their attention to the clients needs, the overall professional practices shown and, follow-up care policies. A truly first class organisation.

Good customer service and pet care

It's joint with my local vets at Alderholt, and i can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere eles, they have a lot of compassion when it comes down to our pets/fur babies and they are very friendly and welcoming, i was there a couple of weeks ago with my cat and on examination he had to have x-rays galore, the receptionist knew i was worried and she so reassuring, she even offered me a cup of tea which was nice,

We have used Springbok for over a year now after being recommended, and they are fantastic. All the staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. Its such a great peace of mind knowing our dog is in the safest hands when we need them. Highly recommended.

You always get more than you went for. The vets are mines of information which they share generously in answer to questions. My pets are safe in their care.

This evening we had our precious cat of 19yrs put to sleep. Vaughan and his staff were excellent. So compassionate and caring and allowed us time at the end to say our goodbyes without being rushed or pressured.

Wonderful vet...Fiona had to put my beloved cat to sleep at my home. I had only met her once before at the surgery but felt sure she was the right person for this. And she was...she and her nurse were fantastic....kind, patient, professional and very caring.
